A giry day. The first in a long time. A morning at the markets and an afternoon at the shops. Vintage aprons and a rabbit ring. Coffee and croissants, rugged up in scarves and jackets and later mango and strawberry sorbet in the beautiful autumn sunshine. A magical day in every way.
After I told Spunky Monkey he could not put a real tent up in his bedroom, he set to work, to make his own. While I made dinner, old drop sheets, trampoline poles and bits of wood (!)
came in from the garage. Before I even knew what was happening, he had set up
his own tent to sleep in for the night.
