This is about the extent of our winter vegetable garden at the moment. We are still getting passionfruits daily and we have a large bunch of banana's ready to be cut down, but other than that, this is it.
Tucked around the corner of the house and slightly neglected, I had no idea that this chilli bush was still thriving in the vegie patch.
Over the last few months I have already made sweet chilli sauce, preserved chillies, red curry paste and green curry paste.
Any recipe ideas? The kids have now picked all of these!
